I want to change my reservation

If you made your reservation through our online booking system, please send us an email with the changes you require. If you were assisted with your booking by one of our associates, please send them a direct email for the alteration.

In either case, when contacting us in writing or by phone, please remember to quote your client number, your reservation code or your Bonus per Mile card number.

Please note that there is a changing fee for every change made to a your reservation:

I want to cancel my ticket

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the ferry company you chose to travel with. In general, the closer to the departure date you cancel, the smaller your refund will be.

If you wish to proceed with a cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. You can send your request for cancellation to our main email or directly to the associate that assisted you with your reservation. In either case, please remember to quote your client number, your reservation code or your Bonus per Mile card number.

From the refundable amount, Greekferries Club SA withholds a 10% cancellation fee.

Please note that service fees and delivery fees are not refundable.

All refunds are made based on the payment method you had selected. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your card. If you paid by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide your account’s IBAN & BIC for the refund.

Aegean Flying Dolphins Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

  • Up to 14 days prior to departure: 100% refund.
  • Up to 7 days prior to departure: 75% refund.
  • Up to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • For cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure, NO refund.
  • Ticket cancellations cannot be made over the phone.
  • Open tickets:

  • Open date tickets are valid for one year from the date of their 1st issue and not from any subsequent change.

  • Open date tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees only if they have been issued as open date tickets from the beginning.
  • When tickets have been converted to open date, the date of cancellation is considered to be the date that the ticket became open and the applicable refund is made in accordance with the original travel date.

    Cancellation Policy

    From the date of issuance of the ticket:

  • Up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 100% refund of the value as long as the ticket is returned intact.
  • Up to 4 days before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 75% refund of the value as long as the ticket is returned intact.
  • Up to 1 day before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 50% refund of the value as long as the ticket is returned intact.
  • After departure : The tickets cannot be cancelled, nor converted to open date nor can the date be changed.
  • Open-Date tickets

  • Open date tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of the original journey or from the date of issuance of the ticket in case no travel date is indicated. Open date tickets are not accepted for boarding and it is necessary to replace the original tickets with new tickets before boarding.
  • If fares have been increased by the date of travel, the price difference between the open date ticket and the new fare must be paid.
  • Tickets can be converted to OPEN (open date) up to one (1) hour prior to departure.
  • ANE Kalymnou Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation policy

  • 7 days prior to departure, tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees or converted to open date or changed to another date.
  • From 7 days to 4 hours before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Alternatively, tickets can be converted to open date or changed to another travel date.
  • 4 hours before and up to departure, 50% cancellation fee
  • After departure, tickets cannot be cancelled nor converted to open date and no change of travel date is possible.
  • Open-Date tickets

  • Can be cancelled without fees only if issued as open-date tickets.
  • For tickets that have been converted to open-date, the cancellation policy of the original tickets applies.
  • Anek-Superfast Cancellation Policy

    Reservations including the 20% Early Booking discount may be changed maintaining the discount or cancelled without fees until 28th February. After this date, the booking cannot be cancelled. However, it is permitted to change the date of travel, the connection, as well as to convert to open, by paying the price difference towards the standard price. Any applicable fees by Greekferries Club are independent.

    Adriatic Lines

  • From the date of the ticket issuance and up to 22 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 21 days up to 8 days before the scheduled departure: 80% refund.
  • From 7 days up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • The Company is in no obligation to refund any amount in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to departure or in case the passenger does not show up at boarding.
  • In the event of partial cancellation of the return ticket, if the passenger has already travelled one leg of the journey, the time restrictions mentioned above apply for the second leg of the journey.
  • Up to 4 hours before departure, tickets can be converted to "Open Date" tickets or to another departure date. If further cancelation is requested, the refund is calculated based on the original travel date.
  • Tickets can be refunded only by the issuing agency.

  • Tickets converted to open date tickets are valid for one year from the date of issuance of the original tickets (not from the date of booking) and in case of cancellation, the cancellation policy of the original tickets applies.
  • The total fare for open tickets is calculated based on the low season of the current price list. In the event of travel in a medium or high season or during the period of validity of a new fare, the passenger is obliged to pay the difference between the current fare and the prepaid fare.
  • The booking of new tickets will be subject to availability.
  • ANES Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Up to 14 days before the departure.
  • 75% Up to 7 days before the departure.
  • 50% Up to 12 hours before the departure.
  • No refund is given for cancellations 12 hours before the departure.
  • Tickets can be made OPEN until 1 hour before the departure.

  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled nor converted to open date tickets, nor can the date be changed.

  • Up to 3 days before departure: Tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees or converted to open date or for another date.
  • From 3 days before departure up to 2 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies or alternatively the tickets are converted to open date or to another date.
  • From 2 hours until departure: 50% cancellation fee applies. Tickets are cannot be converted to open date tickets and the date cannot be changed.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled nor converted to open date tickets, nor can the date be changed.
  • Open-Date tickets

  • Open date tickets are not accepted for boarding unless the departure date has been confirmed and the Boarding Pass has been issued.
  • The tickets are valid for one (1) year maximum from the date that they have been converted to open date, or for as long as the ship operates the specific route.
  • If the passenger wishes to travel on a date with a higher fare than the one already paid, the passenger must pay the difference between the current fare and the initial fare.
  • Α-Ships (European Seaways) Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30days before departure: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation from 29days till 7 days before departure: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation from 6 days till 24hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure and for non-show tickets there is no refund.
  • The refund is only made by the agency that has issued the ticket.
  • Blue Star Ferries Cancellation Policy

    LOW SEASON: All other dates except those mentioned in HIGH SEASON

  • 3 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or change to another date.
  • Up to 1 hour prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees must be paid, tickets cannot be made open and it is not possible to change the date
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.
  • SARONIC ROUTES

    HIGH SEASON: 07/04/23-23/04/23, 28/04/23-02/05/23 & 01/06/23-24/09/23 (*)

  • 4 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to 4 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees must be paid, tickets cannot be made open and it is not possible to change the date
  • In Piraeus-Aegina-Agistri - Methana route, tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date, up to the departure.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.
  • (*) For the period 07/04/23-16/04/23 & 01/06/23-03/06/23 for all departures from Piraeus and for the period 17/04/23-23/04/23 & 05/06/23-06/06/23(*) for all departures to Piraeus, tickets are cancelled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date, 7 days prior to departure.

    LOW SEASON: All other dates

  • Up to 1 day prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • Up to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.
  • OPEN DATE TICKETS:

  • Open date tickets are cancelled without charge when they have been originally issued as open.
  • For tickets that have been converted to open date the cancelation policy of the original tickets applies.
  • In case the passenger wants to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare paid, the price difference needs to be paid.
  • Dodekanissos Seaways Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation policy

  • 7 days prior the departure of the ship: Tickets are cancelled with a full refund or converted to open date or for another date.
  • From 7 days before departure up to 1 hour before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies or alternatively the tickets will be converted to open date or for another date.
  • After the vessel's departure tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to Open Date (Open) and cannot be transferred to another date.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled via telephone. Tickets can be cancelled or converted only by the issuing travel agent.
  • Open-Date tickets

  • The passenger is given the possibility to convert these tickets into Open Date in order to use them on a future trip, provided that the request has been made before departure. The passenger may convert a ticket to open date ticket until one hour prior the departure of the vessel (the departure date/time that appears on the ticket).
  • In case of cancellation of the open ticket, the cancellation policy of the original ticket applies.
  • European Seaways (Star Lines) Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before departure: 90% refund.
  • Cancellation from 29 days till 7 days before departure: 70% refund.
  • Cancellation from 6 days till 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancelation in less than 48 hours prior to departure and for non-show tickets : non refundable.
  • The refund is only made by the agency that has issued the ticket.
  • Fast Ferries Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of tickets and return of fare:

  • Up to 8 days prior to departure time tickets can be cancelled without penalties or converted to an open date ticket. The ticket must be returned to the issuing agency.
  • From 7 days up until the departure time: Tickets can be cancelled with a cancellation penalty of 50% or converted to an open date ticket (up to 2 hours prior to departure time). The ticket must be returned to the issuing agency.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to open date and travel dates cannot be changed. Tickets can only be cancelled by the issuing travel agent; they cannot be cancelled over the phone. Tickets must be returned to the issuing travel agency for cancelations or changes.
  • Golden Star Ferries Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation policy

  • 14 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled with a full refund.
  • From 14 to 7 days before departure: Tickets are cancelled with 25% cancellation fee.
  • From 6 days up to 12 hours before departure: Tickets are cancelled with a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refund of fare 12 hours prior to departure.
  • After the departure of the ship, tickets cannot be cancelled, nor replaced, nor converted into open tickets.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled over the telephone. You can only cancel or amend your ticket at the issuing agency.
  • Open-Date tickets

  • They can be cancelled without cancellation fees only if they were originally issued as open-date.
  • Once converted to open date they are cancelled with a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Open tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. Open tickets cannot be accepted for boarding unless they have been replaced by new tickets for the specific departure.
  • Goutos Lines Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy

  • up to 48 hours before the departure of the ferry (exact time), no cancellation fee applies, provided that the ticket is returned intact
  • up to 12 hours before the departure of the ship (exact time), 50% cancellation fees apply, provided that the ticket is returned intact.
  • Less than 12 hours prior to departure NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.
  • After departure, tickets cannot be cancelled, nor converted to Open Date nor can the date be changed.
  • Tickets can only be cancelled by the issuing agencies and cannot be cancelled over the telephone. Tickets must be delivered to the agencies.

    Open Date Tickets

  • Passenger and vehicle tickets can be converted to Open-Date tickets so as to be used for a future trip, upon request.
  • Changes can only be made by the travel agencies or shipping agencies that cooperate with the company and have issued the ticket or by the company's Central Port Agents.
  • Open-Date tickets can be replaced by new tickets - ONLY ONCE. The value of the new tickets can be the same or higher, by paying the difference depending on availability for the same or different trip. The cancellation conditions do not apply on the new tickets and no difference in price can be refunded. The new tickets cannot be issued including a discount that was not inserted in the original tickets and vehicle tickets cannot be replaced by passenger tickets and vice versa.
  • Tickets can be converted to Open-Date tickets up to 4 hours before the departure of the ferry in low season.
  • In high season and holidays, tickets can be converted to Open-Date up to 24 hours before the departure of the ferry.
  • Low Season:

  • from 01-01-2022 to 14-04-2022
  • from 03-05-2022 to 08-06-2022
  • from 12-09-2022 to 02-10-2022
  • High Season:

  • from 15-04-2022 to 02-05-2022
  • from 09-06-2022 to 11-09-2022
  • Grimaldi Lines Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be notified to the Carrier in writing or by the travel agency that issued the ticket.

    The following cancellation fees apply on the total amount of the ticket (passengers, vehicles, pets, other items)*:

    Full fare ticket:

  • 10% penalty (plus fix dues) up to 30 days prior to sailing.
  • 30% penalty (plus fix dues) from 29 to 7 days prior to sailing.
  • 50% penalty (plus fix dues) from 6 to 2 days prior to sailing.
  • 100% penalty (plus fix dues), 1 day or less from departure and no show.
  • * Meals on board and shuttle bus service:
    - they are not refundable in case of 100% penalty or no show
    - they are 100% refundable in all other cases.

    Special fare tickets are not refundable. No refund is granted for missed embarkation due to refusal by authority or due to missing or insufficient personal documentation or vehicle documentation. The tickets, which were made two changes of sailing date, are not refundable. Tickets with special Agreement are refundable if they are Special Fare tickets, otherwise they will be not refunded.

    Karystia Lines Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 24 hours before the departure, no cancellation fee applies.
  • If tickets are cancelled within 24 hours from departure 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Open-Date Tickets

  • Tickets can be converted to open up to 24 hours before departure. After that, they cannot be modified.
  • They are valid for the year in which the original tickets were issued.
  • Kerkyra Lines Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time, 100% of the fare is refunded.
  • If cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time, 75% of the fare is refunded.
  • For cancellations made less than 12 hours from the scheduled departure time, no refund will be given.
  • Levante Ferries Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation policy

  • If cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled departure date of the ship, the full fare plus third party deductions and VAT will be refunded.
  • If cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled date of departure, 75% of the fare plus third party deductions and VAT will be refunded.
  • If cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the vessel, 50% of the fare plus third party deductions and VAT shall be refunded.
  • If cancelled less than 12 hours from the scheduled time of departure, no refund will be made.
  • Tickets can only be cancelled by the issuing agencies, provided that the ticket has not already been modified.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled by telephone.
  • Open-Date tickets

  • Open-date tickets are valid for twelve (12) months.
  • Passengers with open-date tickets are required to book in time and issue a ticket for the specific route they wish to travel on.
  • If the fare is higher on the date the passenger wishes to travel then the difference must be paid.
  • If the value of the new fare is lower, the passenger is not entitled to a refund of the difference.
  • Meander Travel Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of cancellation, written notice must be received by Meander Travel at least 3 days prior to the clients' arrival in order to receive the full refund.
  • In the event of no show, 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • In the event of the cancellations due to the bad weather conditions there will be no refund.
  • Minoan Lines Cancellation Policy

    Please note that reservations including the Early Booking Offer may be changed or cancelled without fees until 20 days before the departure. After this date the booking cannot be cancelled, however tickets can be changed or made open, by paying the price difference towards the standard price. Any applicable fees by Greekferries Club are independent.

    International Routes

  • Up to 30 days before the scheduled departure: 90% refund.
  • From 29 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 70% refund.
  • From 6 days up to 2 days before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • 24 hour prior to departure time: the fare is not refunded.
  • Tickets can be refunded only by the issuing agency.
  • The fare is not refundable for Non Show, Open Date tickets and if boarding is prohibited by port authorities due to insufficient documents (passenger or vehicle).
  • Requests for cancellation of a regular fare ticket will not be accepted if the date, time, route have already been changed twice.
  • Domestic Routes (Crete & Cyclades islands)

  • From the date of the ticket issue and up to 14 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 13 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% refund.
  • From 6 days up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours prior to departure time the fare is non refundable.
  • Non Show and Open Date tickets are non refundable.
  • Open Tickets

    It is possible to convert tickets to Open date tickets, for a future trip, as long as the request in made as follows:

  • An open date ticket can be replaced by a new ticket of equal or greater value, by paying the price difference and are subsequent to availability.
  • The above cancellation conditions do not apply to the newly issued ticket and no refund can be made in the case it is not used.
  • The newly issued ticket can only include discounts that were included in the original ticket and also a passenger ticket cannot be not replaced by a vehicle ticket or vice versa.
  • Open tickets are valid (can be replaced with a new ticket) for one year from the original date of departure.
  • Saos Ferries Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy

  • Ticket cancellations can only be made by the issuing agencies and only if the original ticket have been presented. Tickets cannot be cancelled over the telephone.
  • 100% refund of the ticket price up to 14 days before the scheduled departure of the ferry.
  • 75% refund of the ticket price up to 7 days before the scheduled departure of the ferry.
  • 50% refund of the ticket price up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the ferry.
  • In case a passenger or vehicle ticket has already been modified within the 14 days from the original travel date, the above refunds do not apply and the fare is not refundable. After the departure of the ferry, the tickets cannot be cancelled and there is no possibility to change the date of the trip.
  • Sea Dreams Cancellation Policy

    From the date of issuance of the ticket:

  • Up to 14 days before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 100% refund of the fare provided that the ticket is returned intact.
  • Up to 7 days before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 75% refund of the fare provided that the ticket is returned intact.
  • Up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time : Tickets are cancelled with a 50% refund of the fare provided that the ticket is returned intact.
  • Tickets can be converted to OPEN tickets up to three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE

    From today, August 13, 2020 a new decree by the Italian Minister of Health has come into force providing the following alternative measures which apply to people entering Italy after staying in, or transiting from Croatia, Malta, Greece or Spain in the last 14 days:

    a. Obligation to present a certificate showing a negative result of a swab, done within the 72 hours prior to entry in Italy.

    or

    b. Obligation to undergo a molecular or antigen test carried out through a swab upon arrival at the Italian airport, port or border place, where possible; or carried out, within 48 hours from entering the Italian territory, at the competent Italian National Public Health clinic. In this latter case, while waiting for the examination test, people are due to wait in fiduciary isolation at their place of residence or dwelling.

    All people, regardless of symptoms, entering Italy from the above mentioned countries are due to immediately inform the Prevention Department of the competent Italian National Health office about their arrival. In the event of outbreaks of symptoms of Covid 19, the obligation of immediate information to Italian Health Authority (through the relevant phone number) as well as of self-isolation remain into force.
