Alyki is a large beach extending along the south coast of Kimolos. It is the island’s most popular with fine sand and a position that protects it from the weather.
Klima
Klima is a small beach on the east coast of Kimolos. Klima is very near Horio and next to the beach we find the quarries where sinter was extracted before bricks came into use. Ideal for swimming when there is no wind.
Beach of Ai Giorgis
It is a lovely beach located in the area of Prassa, extending along a small cove with the islet Prassonisi in its center and continuing as far as the chapel Agios Georgios in the cape bearing the same name.
The beach is an excellent choice for a swim, as it has the unique white sand which is considered medicinal and is used for sand bathing. Apart from swimming you can enjoy the thermal springs by the sea.
