COMMERCIAL - CANCELLATION POLICY

TICKET CANCELLATIONS/RETURN OF TICKETS/SEAFARERS' RETURN

Ticket cancellations can only be made by the issuing agencies and if they have original tickets are presented.

Tickets cannot be cancelled by telephone.

• Cancellation of tickets is only allowed 72 days before the departure of the ferry.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are not refundable.

Optional reservations:

• 72 hours prior to the ship's departure optional reservations are allowed, less than 72 hours requires immediate issue.

OPEN DATE TICKETS

Open date tickets are not accepted for boarding unless the departure date is confirmed and a boarding pass is issued.

Open tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue and may only be changed once.

If the passenger wishes to travel on a date with a higher fare than the fare he/she has paid, he/she must pay the difference between the current fare he/she has paid.

TICKETS - LIST OF NAMES OF PASSENGERS

The ticket is individual and nominal, non-transferable and valid for the seat, the route and the date for which it was issued.

In order to enable the registration of passengers, tickets are issued NAMELY and must specifically state:

• THE NAME OF THE SURVIVOR (in full)
• THE RACE: MALE/FEMALE
• NAME (e.g. GR)
• DATE OF BIRTH (Day/Month/Year)
• VEHICLE TYPE AND REGISTRATION NUMBER

DISCOUNTS

• Children up to 5 years old (infants) travel free of charge.
• Children 5-10 years old have a 50% discount on the fare.
• Multi-children & Triplets have 50% discount on the fare.
• NAT pensioners have 50% discount on the fare.
• Only students of Greek public universities are entitled to a 50% student discount on the fare.
• Persons with special needs and their companion (with a disability rate of 80% or more and certified by a document from the competent body that they need a companion) have a 50% discount on the fare.

The discounts are not offsetting and only the highest percentage discount is given at a time.

Passengers entitled to a discount are kindly requested to declare it when booking and to bring all necessary proofs both when issuing the ticket and when boarding the ship.
