Commercial & Cancellation Policy of KARYSTIA S.C.

• Tickets canceled up to 24 hours before departure, no cancellation fees are applied.
• If cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior departure, 50% cancellation fees are being applied.
• Tickets may be converted to open, up to 24 hours prior Departure. 24 hours or less prior departure changes are not permitted.
• Open tickets are valid only for the year the initial tickets were issued.
• Option: 10 days from booking date or 3 days before itinerary.

Important Notice

According to Circular No: 2070.0/28541/2024 of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Insular Policy, we inform all drivers of AFVs vehicles of the following: Regarding electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles or all other alternative fuel vehicles, and in order to travel safe with our company’s vessel, the following measures have been taken:

• Drivers of all electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, upon ticket booking, take responsibility that the charge level of their vehicle’s accumulators does not exceed 40% of their total capacity.
• If there is suspicion that the battery of EVs is damaged or their battery is defective, driver should notify the crew and only be allowed to travel if the battery is removed.
• Charging on-board is not allowed under any circumstances.
• Drivers of all other alternative fuel vehicles, such as LPG or natural gas, upon ticket issuance, take responsibility that their tanks do not contain fuel exceeding 50% of their total capacity.
• Finally, all drivers of AFVs vehicles, in case of receiving any alarm indication from their vehicle, should immediately notify the crew.
